**WELCOME TO THE AUXX.ONE PROJECT”**

AUXX.ONE is a non profit organization dedicated to help close the “digital divide,” the
technology “gap” that continues to segregate the internet “have-nots” from the rest of the world.
Despite the constant proliferation of the internet, the familiar socio-economic barrier leaves at
least a third of the Earth's population in digital darkness. The USA is included in this statistic, where too many still lack the tools to participate fully in the digital age.
Sadly, on a global scale this statistic is unlikely to fully account for the 4 million refugee children
per year, (on average), whose lives and education have been disrupted by conflict and
catastrophe. The AUXX.ONE PROJECT is founded on the call to prioritize this urgent need by
deploying directly to underserved areas cost-effective technology necessary to access an ever
growing archive of essential information.

OUR TEAM :
AUXX.ONE’s team draws upon decades of experience in the
public service and public safety wireless telecommunications field. This
includes Community Broadcast TV and radio, PTP microwave links, and
WIFI mesh systems, as well as media content management, production,
and distribution. AUXX.ONE’s team also includes professionals in the
fields of Education, (including Spanish and French native speakers), Health and Wellness, and Alternative Energy Systems.
When it comes to access to essential digital information, the “have-nots”
are effectively left behind. It is AUXX.ONE’s Mission to fill in that gap, to
level the proverbial playing field.

THE NEED:
After more than two decades of exponential growth, the internet remains
unavailable to at least 33% of the world’s people. That’s approximately 2.5
billion individuals, citizens of Planet Earth, who are effectively blocked from

access to basic digital information that others are able to, not only enjoy,

but rely upon to make knowledgeable, fully considered decisions as they
negotiate the everyday business of modern life.
Shockingly, at this time in the U.S., there is no fail-over- backup system in
place to support communities during Internet Blackouts!
Power failures, weather emergencies, hackers, all pose serious risks to
public safety as communications and vital information systems are
increasingly dependent upon the internet. AUXX.ONE will help to address
that vulnerability by keeping basic information available.

AUXX.ONE’s MISSION:
Generally, to assist in providing an auxiliary method(s) to free- access
Educational, Health and Safety, and other information normally available on
the internet, essentially, a completely independent “micro internet"
customized for each local, or regional, area.
AUXX.ONE is absolutely dedicated to do everything possible to helpmitigate the inequities of the people trapped in the digital divide. Our actionplans will naturally vary widely in order to address the specific requirements

of each situation we find in a region, or locale. The easiest and, therefore,
fastest action is to load AUXX.ONE’s archived programs and media
content, (typically at present, about 750Gb), on a dedicated tablet, and to
gift both the device with an appropriate solar panel, plus clear user
instructions to each specific recipient. Priority will be given to public
facilities, such as schools, post offices, court houses, emergency dispatch,
medical facilities etc. Deployed systems in key locations will be “meshed”
to serve an entire community all supplied with off-grid-capable auxiliary
power. AUXX.ONE will also seek partnerships with local broadcast stations
where possible. We envision such larger systems will evolve into an
auxiliary, “secondary internet”, (not connected to the “real” internet), which
will primarily provide essential content for education, enrichment, and
safety for all!
